As a Program/Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, requiring coordination across different teams and adapting to evolving project needs to drive overall success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational priorities.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Process Coaching.
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within agile environments.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops and training sessions to promote agile adoption.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Agile Process Coaching.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
