Summary:
As a Migration Wave Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive planning and coordination of a series of application migrations. This role requires ensuring that all dependencies are prepared and aligned for the migration wave, managing the timing and execution of cutover activities to minimize operational disruptions. The position demands continuous monitoring of progress, addressing any emerging challenges promptly, and maintaining clear communication with all involved parties to guarantee a smooth transition throughout the migration process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align migration activities with organizational goals.
- Monitor migration progress and implement corrective actions to address any issues.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support continuous improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Digital Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of application migration strategies and best practices.
- Experience in managing complex project timelines and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze system dependencies and plan for seamless cutover execution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical and operational challenges.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and leadership.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Digital Manufacturing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
