Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The engineer actively participates in refining application features and optimizing configurations to enhance overall system performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and master data management best practices.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance applications to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to master data processes and system integration.
- Familiarity with SAP data models and workflows to ensure data consistency and quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
