Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure specialized applications tailored to project requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for coordinating efforts across various teams, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of application functionalities. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive project success while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex data structures and implement effective data validation rules.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within SAP MDG environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our CDC2F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
