Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system integrity and supports continuous business processes by swiftly addressing technical challenges as they arise.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize business disruption.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize operational efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Experience in data governance processes and master data management principles.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with system integration and data quality management within enterprise environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
