Key job responsibilities
Specifically, in this role you will:
• Monitor and resolve supply chain challenges, including material availability, capacity constraints, and logistics, to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track supplier performance to cost, quality, and schedule targets; identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to maintain program commitments.
• Lead supplier readiness for production by ensuring manufacturing processes, tooling, and resources are capable of meeting program requirements for large composite structures.
• Partner with internal engineering, operations, and quality teams to resolve technical and production issues, ensuring supplier alignment with Amazon Leo program needs.
• Drive supplier improvement initiatives in yield, throughput, and cycle time, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Work with a range of stakeholders including business leaders, engineering leaders, legal, program management, and supply chain to negotiate a variety of agreements and contracts including term sheets, MOUs, NDAs, SOWs, development agreements, component purchase agreements and others.
• Build strong relationships with supplier leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, enabling transparent issue resolution and alignment on program objectives.
• Act as the primary interface between Amazon Leo operations, engineering, and supply chain team, resolving production and technical issues to ensure reliable, on-time delivery

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
