We are looking for a Segment Sales Lead to accelerate the global growth of NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP) software. This highly visible individual-contributor role owns worldwide sales strategy and revenue performance, bringing together regional sales teams, account managers, solutions architects, product teams, strategy, and operations around a unified go-to-market plan. The work also involves direct engagement with cloud partners, OEMs, ISVs, and enterprise C-suite leaders to develop opportunities, expand strategic relationships, and drive customer adoption. This is an outstanding opportunity to build a growing global software business at the center of NVIDIA's accelerated computing ecosystem!
What you'll be doing:
Lead the global segment sales efforts for NVIDIA Cloud Partner software, directing the revenue plan and promoting pipeline development, partner-ecosystem growth, and customer adoption.
Develop and carry out segment-specific go-to-market strategies and sales plays in collaboration with product management, product marketing, regional sales, strategy, and operations.
Convert product positioning and technical capabilities into engaging, field-ready narratives, battle cards, sales tools, and enablement materials.
Partner with account managers and solutions architects across all regions to find opportunities, advance complex enterprise software engagements, and accelerate deal closure.
Work closely with NVIDIA teams and external partners to develop sophisticated customer pitches, sales collateral, reference architectures, and end-customer testimonials that strengthen the ecosystem.
Build strategic relationships with NVIDIA Cloud Partners, OEMs, ISVs, and enterprise C-suite leaders to develop scalable routes to market and expand software adoption.
Establish disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and business-inspection processes to deliver predictable worldwide software performance improvement.
Present business performance, market insights, customer feedback, risks, and recommended actions to NVIDIA executives while informing product and go-to-market priorities.
What we need to see:
Master's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, partner sales, or business development, preferably spanning infrastructure and enterprise software.
Demonstrated success owning significant software revenue targets and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in B2B technology environments.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure economics, GPU-accelerated computing, and enterprise AI workload patterns.
Proven ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams - including account management, solutions architecture, product, operations, finance, and strategy - in support of large commercial transactions.
Experience building and managing global pipelines, forecasts, account plans, and go-to-market execution using modern pipeline-management and AI-enabled tools.
Outstanding executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence, advise, and build trust with internal senior leaders and external C-suite audiences.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience growing a global cloud, AI, data center, or accelerated-computing software business.
Proven connections within NVIDIA cloud partners, OEM, ISV, or enterprise technology ecosystems.
Experience crafting and scaling partner-led software sales programs across multiple regions.
Ability to convey technical software features in a way that highlights business value for executive audiences.
Track record of operating successfully in a fast paced, highly cross-functional environment with evolving products and go-to-market strategies.
