Essential Functions

Creator & Partnership Operations

  • Lead planning, operations, and governance across Visa's Creator and Strategic Partnerships teams, enabling efficient execution and scalable program delivery.

  • Support the end-to-end development and execution of creator programs, platform partnerships, and content initiatives, including talent sourcing, vetting, contracting, approvals, production, and performance evaluation.

  • Partner with Creator Partnerships leadership to operationalize creator evaluation frameworks, talent governance, and talent selection processes.

  • Oversee content delivery, publishing readiness, and distribution across paid, organic, creator-led, and partner-owned channels, ensuring compliance with Visa, legal, and platform requirements.

  • Develop and maintain scalable operating models, dashboards, and governance processes that improve consistency, transparency, and execution quality across creator programs.

  • Own creator program management standards, including workback schedules, milestone tracking, approval workflows, risk management, documentation, and post-campaign learnings.

  • Manage program budgets and financial operations, including forecasting, purchase orders, vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payment tracking, and fiscal reporting to ensure efficient program delivery and investment accountability.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as a central connector across internal teams, external partners, agencies, and platforms, driving alignment on priorities, timelines, approvals, deliverables, and dependencies.

  • Partner with Talent Procurement, Legal, agencies, creators, and talent representatives to coordinate negotiations, rights, usage, exclusivity, and activation requirements.

  • Build and manage project plans, budgets, status reporting, and operating rhythms across multiple concurrent workstreams.

  • Identify risks, resolve blockers, and drive continuous improvement across creator operations, partnership management, content production, approvals, and distribution.

  • Provide executive-ready updates, maintain project documentation, and champion accountability and collaboration across stakeholders.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

  • Curiosity about creators, fandoms, culture, and the evolving creator economy, with an interest in how influence, communities, and content move across social platforms, podcasts, streaming/gaming, live experiences, and emerging media.
