Leveraging the power of data and technology, we’re where product professionals come to solve complex problems and shape customer experiences that have influence across industries.
Here, you’ll shape customer experiences and take transformative ownership of strategies that propel us into the future, creating value at a scale that directly accelerates our growth. If you’re ready to redefine what’s possible, to turn insights into experiences that make a real-world impact, this is where you can create what’s next.
About the Team
Our Experience Design (XD) Team is at the forefront of enriching our customers’ lives with exceptional digital experiences and we need an experienced Product Designer (Senior Associate) to help us in our mission of changing baking for good. We’re looking for a team player who can apply their skills and talents to make a true impact on our customers. We love to experiment and learn, we are excited about our future, and we need your help to get there!
About the Role
In this role, you will turn complex industry challenges into meaningful change by crafting intuitive, accessible, and user-centred digital experiences. Operating at the intersection of data-driven strategy and creative problem-solving, you will leverage methodologies like Design Thinking to transform user insights and regulatory constraints into elegant, high-fidelity interfaces. Through compelling storytelling and a strong visual sensibility, you will align customer needs with strategic business goals while advocating for inclusive design solutions that meet every user where they are.
As a collaborative product designer, you will work closely with Product and Engineering partners to shape next-generation web and mobile platforms built on robust design systems. You thrive in an environment of continuous growth, experimentation, and peer mentorship, constantly refining your craft through new tools and frameworks. Located in our financial district office three days a week, you will play a pivotal role in delivering evidence-based design solutions that make a tangible impact.
Your Responsibilities:
Be a critical and contributing member of the Join & Start Experience Design team, focused on helping to influence strategy and execution of the overall user experience for the web acquisition and onboarding journeys
Observe web traffic, analytics dashboards and competitor research to establish a POV on key areas of enhancement for future A/B tests
Help to define and refine user experiences, from supporting requirements gathering and user research efforts, through user flow mapping, prototyping, and UI design
Design experiences that make complex tasks and workflows simple and intuitive for all customers
Create prototypes, wireframes, sketches, user flows, journey maps and other digital tools to test and improve user experiences in collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization
Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of our design system
Collect user research and integrate feedback as part of your design process
Help to brainstorm and propose design solutions that take our products to the next level, while keeping the product direction, visuals and user experience in consideration
Help to drive design team culture by participating in and helping to lead ceremonies and team events
Help to champion user-centered design through demonstrating concrete design impact across the organization
Basic Qualifications:
At least 4-5 years of UX/Product Design experience, ideally with responsive web design and public-site experience (ie. marketing pages).
Experience using AI tools (ie. Claude, Gemini, Chat GPT) to aid and assist you toward better efficiency gains or idea generation
Experience with information architecture, page hierarchies, user flows, UX research, wireframing, design systems, and user-centred design principles.
Expert knowledge of both UX and UI best practices, theory and design processes.
Advanced knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
Expert working knowledge of industry tools - Figma.
A portfolio that demonstrates your involvement throughout the design cycle, with a focus on your visual design, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills in responsive websites, and a showcase of design impact.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in Banking/Financial Services.
Experience analyzing web traffic / data, user tests, interviews and call center data to help shape future A/B test opportunities.
Strong working knowledge of HTML/CSS and Generative / Agentic AI.
Product Design experience in both Web and Mobile environments.
