As a core member of the Sales Strategy & Operations team, this leader leverages advanced analytics, AI-enabled tools, performance reporting, and market intelligence to proactively identify opportunities, entrench brand strategies, optimize resource deployment, and support the continued evolution of the Cell Therapy commercial model. This role requires a high level of coordination across Sales, Sales Strategy & Operations, and Marketing leadership to deliver on core capabilities and drive field force effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage advanced analytics, AI-enabled tools, and market insights to generate proactive, forward-looking business recommendations that guide leadership decisions and field actions.
  • Partner with Business Insights & Analytics and other Enterprise teams to transform complex data sets into clear, actionable strategies aligned to broader commercial planning priorities.

  • Lead business analyses that inform planning decisions, launch readiness, resource deployment, and organizational strategy.

Sales Performance & Field Effectiveness

  • Monitor and analyze field execution, resource utilization, promotional program effectiveness, and customer engagement trends; translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Develop and maintain sales reporting strategy and enhancements across reporting platforms (e.g., OneLook, Veeva/CRM), defining and prioritizing business requirements in partnership with Enterprise teams.
  • Communicate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates and strategic advice on how to increase overall effectiveness of field-facing teams.
  • Support sales force deployment and organizational optimization initiatives, including field structure analysis, territory optimization, and coverage modeling.

  • Work in close partnership with the Senior Commercial Field Operations Managers (CFOMs) in support of Sales team and lead Technology & Analytics Point (TAP) Team from field.
  • Support business planning processes and long-range strategic initiatives related to field structure, deployment models, and commercial excellence.
  • Represent the Sales organization on cross-functional teams and governance forums; build strong partnerships across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Marketing, Training, Legal, and Regulatory functions, among others.
