Employer: Amazon.com Services LLC
Position: Manager III, Plan/Dev - AMZ10920.10

Multiple Positions Available:

1. Analyze capacity performance across the North American network, using historical data, forecast accuracy metrics, and planning system inputs to identify constraints and surface improvement opportunities within supply chain planning mechanisms.
2. Leverage operational metrics and analytical models to collaborate with cross-functional teams—Finance, S&OP, Field Ops—identifying opportunities for process and system optimization, and influencing decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
3. Collaborate with technical stakeholders including Data Engineers and Supply Chain product managers to enhance reporting pipelines, improve dashboard functionality (Tableau/QuickSight), and scale planning mechanisms across upstream and downstream systems.
4. Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, SQL and leverage data to support the future state of the business using tools such as Tableau and other data management systems.
5. Lead and develop a team of at least 6 labor planners responsible for diagnosing complex NACF capacity planning challenges, often in ambiguous scenarios where the opportunity or solution strategy is not clearly defined.

9. Create strategic plan for internal customers. Ensure on-time delivery of the plan, providing customers with a mid-to long-term view on expected volumes and capacity, which are critical inputs for these teams to run their operation, transportation and labor planning.
10. Analyze future network programs and designs to understand their impact and assess risks on capacity, cost, speed, and reliability, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive and align analysis and business cases.
