As part of our Tax team, you will gain exposure to both compliance and advisory engagements across a diverse range of tax specialisations. From supporting clients on tax and regulatory matters to contributing to strategic projects and business-critical decisions, you will develop a well-rounded understanding of how tax drives value and supports business success.

About the Programme 

 

The Agile Tax Professional (ATP) Programme is a 2-year rotational programme that offers graduates a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across our Tax practice while building the skills needed for a successful career in Tax. 

Through 3 rotations within our Tax practice, you will gain exposure to a variety of tax specialisations, industries, and client engagements. You will have the opportunity to contribute to both compliance and advisory projects, developing technical expertise while building key skills in problem-solving, communication, and client relationship management. 

Along the way, you will receive continuous coaching and mentorship from experienced professionals, hands-on client exposure, and opportunities to develop your technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and professional confidence. 

What You'll Do: 

As an Agile Tax Professional, you will gain exposure to a variety of client engagements across different areas of Tax, helping clients address business and tax challenges while developing your technical, advisory, and professional skills. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Supporting a variety of tax compliance and advisory engagements across different industries and tax specialisations. 

  • Supporting clients in addressing tax and business challenges while identifying opportunities that support their objectives. 

  • Contributing to a range of tax advisory engagements, including tax planning, M&A due diligence, indirect tax reviews, dispute resolution, and other strategic business initiatives. 

  • Building relationships with clients and gaining exposure to diverse industries and business environments. 

  • Collaborating effectively across tax teams and sharing knowledge gained through each rotation. 

  • Continuously seeking opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute new ideas. 

  • Upholding the firm's professional standards, ethics, and business conduct. 

Requirements 

  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline and/or a professional accounting qualification such as ICAEW, ACCA, MICPA-CAANZ or CPA Australia. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. 

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 

  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges. 

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and growth mindset. 

Programme Timeline 

  • Anticipated intake period: November 2026 to January 2027
