About the role
Investment banking works on some of the most complex financial challenges and transactions in the market today. What you'll do
• Play an important role in developing and strengthening client relationships, participating on advisory teams and in structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions
• Create and analyze financial models
• Organize and prepare client presentations
• Help manage transaction processes
• Assist in structuring transactions
• Develop financial models, perform customized company valuation analysis
• Actively involved in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and fixed income and equity issuances
• Organize and prepare presentations, which explain industry trends, assess clients' situations to provide the necessary financial advice, and recommend strategies to meet client goals
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of prior relevant work experience
