What you'll do

• Our Analysts and Associates play an important role in developing and strengthening our client relationships, participating on our advisory teams and in structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions.
• Their responsibilities include creating and analyzing financial models, organizing and preparing client presentations, helping manage transaction processes, and assisting in structuring transactions.
• They will gain exposure to the firm's businesses and expand their knowledge of the investment banking industry, as they develop key analytical, communications and marketing skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1-6 years of relevant work experience in capital markets / product groups
• Support the origination, structuring and execution of asset financing transactions across a broad range of asset classes, including infrastructure, real estate, fund financing and other asset-backed financing opportunities.
• Support the origination, structuring and execution of structured credit and equity financing transactions across a broad range of corporate and sponsor financing activities
• Knowledge of a broad spectrum of financing solutions spanning broader debt capital markets, bond issuance, loan financing, asset-backed structures and bespoke capital solutions.
• Fluent in both Korean and English at a professional level.
• Well-rounded academic background from a top tier institution
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical orientation, with experience performing financial and valuation analysis in Excel or comparable spread sheet tools
• Understanding of transaction cycles and the steps in the process
• Demonstrate maturity to work with all levels of professionals across the firm and external clients
• Possess good judgment to make quick and complex decisions

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of Korean corporate landscape and financing market dynamics is preferred.
