What you'll do

• Gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations
• Presenting results to client management and implementing recommendations in collaboration with client team members
• Leading a team of consultants in their work, guiding and developing individual team members as part of the apprenticeship-based model
• Working directly with client executives, usually on site
• Working on teams of typically 3-5 colleagues, playing an active role in all aspects of client engagement
• Working with many experts, from data scientists and researchers to software and app designers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven expertise in key industries including, but not limited to financial services, high-tech, telecommunications, manufacturing, energy, retail, pharmaceuticals, or travel and logistics
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English and Korean
• Willingness to travel

Preferred qualifications

• Master's degree and/or advanced professional degree preferred (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.)
• Business management or consulting experience in a reputed companies preferred
