[Vision Care] Associate Account Manager

What you'll do

• Maintain and manage basic customer relationships to support business objectives.
• Respond to routine customer inquiries and provide appropriate assistance or service.
• Escalate complex customer issues to supervisors or senior team members when necessary.
• Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of customer information.
• Provide timely and professional support to customers.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns within established procedures and guidelines.
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives through consistent service delivery.
• Achieve assigned individual performance goals and objectives.
• Execute assigned activities and tasks according to established processes.
• Follow management direction and implement agreed action plans.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues and other departments to support day-to-day operations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to routine business activities.
• Share relevant customer information with internal stakeholders when appropriate.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain required documentation.
• Track activities and update records accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 2~4 years of Sales experience in Consumer Goods are preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred qualifications
