Senior Analyst Transparency Reporting

What you'll do

• Subject Matter Expert (SME), through proactive collaboration with HCC teams and other functional teams and partners, for accurate data gathering, analysis, reconciliation, and preparation of transparency reports and value-add reports.
• Work with the GTR Regional Leadership to develop and execute a dynamic, risk-based external reporting strategy to ensure compliant reporting across all sectors (Innovative Medicine and MedTech) and functions (Supply Chain, R&D).
• Support the GTR Regional Leadership for designing, developing, and implementing systems and technical solutions, to improve data quality and ensure accurate data collection for the purpose of transparency reports.
• Partner with Senior Manager, Transparency Reporting ASPAC to lead testing of system and process changes before final implementation and share insights to ensure the overall quality and consistency of the reporting functionalities.
• Complete project plan and key deliverables in collaboration with systems business owners and IT to influence process changes that enable accurate reporting, while driving process and systems efficiencies.
• Demonstrate Operational Excellence mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and learning, including evaluating current systems and data landscape, dynamically changing business environment, external regulatory requirements, and internal processes to drive reporting compliance.
• Maintain system/process lifecycle documentation applicable to the transparency reporting process; develop and provide training on reporting tools and processes to countries and other members of the regional/local TR team.
• Prepare internal status reports and summary metrics presentations for HCC teams and senior management on request.
• Project management – leadership.
• Meeting planning/organization or sponsorship.
• Administrative activities related to self (e.g. Concur, Travel management, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned by HCC Management.

Requirements

• A minimum of Bachelors' Degree or equivalent degree.
• Very high level of personal and professional integrity.
• Fluent in Korean language.
• Advanced English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills.
• Minimum of 3 years experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Proven track record influencing business partners/leaders in cross sector/regional role required.
• Ability to work with data and have experience analyzing and consolidating data into significant quantitative analysis or reports.
• Ability to facilitate and implement process improvements.

Preferred qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with Alteryx / Tableau / Microsoft PowerApps tools.
• Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industries.
• Experience in Transaction Management and/or Transparency Reporting.
• Track record of influencing, negotiating, and connecting with business partners/leaders in cross sector/regional role and with external partners.
• Professional certification such as CCEP-I or Seton Hall.
