Management of Contract Activation/Execution

About the role

Responsible for contracts approval including New, Used, Demo, Succession and Refinance by confirming financial conditions and necessary documentation. Manage to approve or reject any exceptional case in accordance with the internal policy.

What you'll do

• Responsible for contracts approval including New, Used, Demo, Succession and Refinance by confirming financial conditions and necessary documentation.
• Manage to approve or reject any exceptional case in accordance with the internal policy.
• Finalize disbursement request for payments of Vehicle cost/IDC disbursement request for PC
• ISD refund request for refinance to Contract management team
• Succession fee receipt request to Contract management team
• Proactively participate in projects for contract activation topic and conduct the test in a timely manner.
• Control and manage issues and incidents by creating a Change Request or Incident report for resolution and enhancement.
• Promptly handle exceptional cases, escalate for decision making and close the case.
• Clearly and efficiently lead communication with internal relevant teams about cut-off time and new guideline implementation.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with FM to obtain necessary documentation to enable contract activation
• Closely monitor Agency tasks to avoid any blockers and communicate with Team members.
• Support CSI/DSI activities to increase Customer/Sales satisfaction
• Support team tasks if necessary

Requirements

• 4 year University
• At least 3-year Auto Finance industry experience preferred
• Experience of Financial operations
• Financial knowledge
• Good understanding of IT system development process
• English proficiency in business context level
• Problem solving skill
• Communication skill
