Key Responsibilities
Technical & Customer Engagement
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer training.
- Lead product evaluations and support application/protocol optimization.
- Conduct workshops and participate in industry events to build awareness.
Customer Partnership
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and understand customer needs.
- Provide consultative support and recommend workflow improvements.
- Communicate value of solutions aligned to customer goals and gather VOC insights.
Collaboration & Support
- Partner with sales, product management, and R&D to deliver customized solutions.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support to customers.
Market & Operations
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitor products.
- Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions and opportunities.
- Ensure timely communication, reporting, and effective territory management.
Self-Leadership
- Demonstrate ownership, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Effectively plan and prioritize activities to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Hands-on experience (at least 5-6 years) in qPCR and Sanger Sequencing workflows, preferably in pharma/biopharma and regulated environments.
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements for impurity testing and adventitious agent testing.
- Experience in pharmaceutical analytics, laboratory workflows, or customer-facing technical roles preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-focused approach.
