In this role, you lead large, visible consulting projects end to end, from initiation through closure, across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. You orchestrate commitments of delivery resources, align scope, schedule, and budget to customer plans, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and financial performance. • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and change control across engagements; drive mitigation and recovery plans, including for high‑impact or escalated situations, and ensure tools and documentation remain current.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and internal leaders; establish governance rhythms, communicate project health and financial performance, and influence decision making to achieve successful outcomes.
