Main Responsibilities
Execute formulation, process development, and stability studies (mainly for mRNA-LNPs) in support of vaccine programs.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to address formulation, stability, and compatibility challenges using established assays, across diverse technological platforms and disciplines.
Maintain a strong work ethic and rigorous documentation practices, including electronic laboratory notebook maintenance, technical report writing, and SOP development.
Analyze, compile, and present experimental results to internal and cross-functional teams comprising members from multiple groups and stakeholder organizations.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related discipline at an accredited college or university with plans to graduate by 2027 or 2028.
Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the Internal requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university throughout the duration of the co-op/internship.
Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday to Friday for the full duration of the co-op/internship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of relevant laboratory experience.
Competences: Wet lab experience, formulation, process development, stability studies, attention to detail, ELN documentation, technical writing.
Nice to have: Drug delivery systems, AI data analysis, biophysical characterization.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $27.00 -$35.00 hourly. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
