This Recruitment Lead role is responsible for leading a team of recruiters across multiple business areas, delivering high-quality recruitment services that meet hiring demand and business objectives. The role focuses on driving recruitment strategy, optimising delivery, developing team capability, and building strong stakeholder partnerships to ensure a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Delivery:
Develop and execute recruitment and sourcing strategies to meet hiring demand.
Ensure recruitment processes are consistently followed and continuously improved.
Manage team capacity, workload and hiring of new recruiters where required.
Monitor key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, quality, diversity, agency spend and hiring targets.
Deliver accurate reporting and recruitment insights to stakeholders.
Drive process improvements, simplification and adoption of best practices.
Support diversity hiring initiatives and oversee vendor relationships.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate management systems.
People Leadership:
Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback and support team development.
Coach, mentor and train recruiters to build capability and performance.
Manage workloads, encourage collaboration and maintain team engagement.
Develop strong stakeholder and candidate management skills across the team.
Stakeholder Management:
Build trusted partnerships with business leaders, HR, Reward, TSC and Recruitment teams.
Act as the primary recruitment contact across assigned business areas.
Provide regular updates on recruitment performance, pipelines, risks and market insights.
Promote recruitment initiatives and strengthen collaboration with UK and global teams.
Support the Recruitment Manager in delivering the wider recruitment strategy.

Lead recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive adoption of new recruitment tools, technology and reporting solutions.
Partner with Talent Supply Chain and business leaders on workforce planning.
Shape recruitment strategies aligned to business priorities and market conditions.
Monitor labour market trends and competitor activity to inform hiring strategies.
Support demand planning, candidate management and global recruitment initiatives, including acting as the key contact for the Ireland EH team.
Experience leading recruitment teams and managing recruitment operations.
Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing strategies and KPIs.
Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
