Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative software solutions that enhance business processes.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and ensure project success.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Learning.
- Strong experience in application design and configuration within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain optimal system performance.
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for application deployment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Learning.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
Mandatory to have Workday Related certification.
