The Program Manager will own labor and equipment planning initiatives across Amazon's TOM-managed operational network of more than 700 yards in the US and Canada. You will work cross-functionally and across geographies, partnering with Managers and Senior Managers to understand, implement, and improve TOM's Short-Term Labor Plan, equipment allocation strategies, and 3P procurement mechanisms. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with multiple functions and teams including labor planning, equipment planning, fleet strategy, TOM operations, S&OP, ACES, finance, analytics, and many more.
You will solve complex problems - balancing immediate operational challenges with ongoing strategic initiatives. You will help define planning goals, own program roadmaps for your area, and contribute to performance narratives. You will coordinate resources and priorities across stakeholders including field operations, Fleet, and central planning teams to deliver results. The work balances program ownership with tactical execution, influencing stakeholders and driving measurable outcomes.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
