• Serve as the primary legal partner to assigned business leaders, proactively identifying legal risks and providing practical, business-oriented guidance.
• Advise on a broad range of legal matters including commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, data privacy, intellectual property, and operational risk.
• Manage outside counsel engagements, including matter scoping, budget oversight, and work product review.
• Support cross-functional initiatives across fleet operations, supply chain, finance, and public policy teams.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, templates, and self-service resources to scale the team’s impact and enable faster deal execution.
• Monitor and analyze regulatory developments in transportation, fleet safety, EV policy, and related areas.
• Contribute to the team’s culture and operational improvements through knowledge sharing, process enhancements, and mentoring.
