The Team
The Trade Management Engineering (TME) group in Fidelity Wealth provides electronic trading solutions for Fidelity’s retail and institutional customer space. We are a fast-paced organization that is responsible for a applications and services that support order entry, order management, and a broad range of related services such as inquiry and operational support. This is a hands-on role as an individual contributor and responsibilities include leading analysis of complex problems, gathering requirements, and working with technical leadership to build a solution plan and timeline.
The Expertise You Have
- BS or Master’s in Computer or Information Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
- 7 years of Analysis experience, with a proven track record of delivery of complex technology projects
- Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and facilitation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with business and technical team members across the organization
- Ability to read/analyze code and logs for defect/incident triage and root cause analysis is strongly desired
- Ability to understand the technology and software architecture of a complex application stack
- Ability to quickly learn, adapt and strive to meet the needs of a fast paced, constantly changing environment

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles.
