Job Description:
The Role
As a Planning and Advice Associate, you serve as a trusted partner for our workplace and personal investment customers. You will engage in inbound and outbound conversations, provide guidance on retirement and/or investment needs, and help clients navigate Fidelity’s products, services, and planning tools. You will develop relationship‑building, planning, and service to sales skills through a structured development path with comprehensive training and licensing support.

Interest or knowledge in financial services and retirement planning
Strong communication, technology, and time‑management skills

The team leverages Fidelity's planning tools, research, investment solutions, and business partnerships to deliver personalized experiences and support clients in achieving long-term financial well-being.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
