Lead client discussions, provide strategic recommendations, and present marketing plans, campaign results, and optimization opportunities with confidence and clarity.
Anticipate client needs, identify growth opportunities, and resolve challenges to drive successful outcomes.
Establish credibility with senior client stakeholders while managing complex expectations, competing priorities, and cross-functional dependencies.
Own the development and execution of marketing projects across acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and retention objectives.

Manage a broad portfolio of concurrent marketing engagements while maintaining strong attention to detail, quality, and accountability.
Apply marketing best practices, consumer insights, and performance data to optimize programs and improve results.
Coordinate across Business Development, Creative, Media, Analytics, Legal, Finance, Product, agency, and vendor teams to drive alignment, remove barriers, and deliver client commitments.
Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, executive reviews, and post-campaign analyses; manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables from initiation through completion.
