  • Identify and connect relevant data sources, define KPIs, and develop measurement frameworks to assess governance efficiency, pricing initiative performance, and business impact.

  • Analyze complex data and develop executive-ready dashboards, presentations, and portfolio updates that translate findings into actionable insights.

  • Support multi-year pricing planning by improving visibility into pricing opportunities and alignment with VAS growth priorities.

Pricing Strategy and Commercialization:

  • Partner with VAS portfolio pricing leads and Product teams on selected pricing, packaging, monetization, and commercialization initiatives.

  • Develop value-based pricing recommendations using quantitative analysis, market research and competitive assessments.

  • Build pricing proposals and business cases for new and existing products and support cross-functional implementation of approved initiatives.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Build trusted relationships across Product, Sales, Commercial Operations, and other Finance functions.

  • Lead cross-functional workstreams, facilitate alignment, and influence decisions through structured analysis and practical recommendations.

  • Communicate complex pricing, governance, and performance insights clearly to senior, technical, and non-technical stakeholders.
