How you will make an impact?
The 6 month internship in Human Resources is designed to offer you the opportunity to develop insight into clinical research, master your skills while conducting meaningful work within the team. The programme framework is crafted to allow you to grow professionally, learning invaluable skills to help you kick start your career!
This is an office-based internship located in our Sofia office and requires availability for a full-time, 8-hour working day.
What you will do?
As an Intern you will support the activities of the Human Resources Department in data entry and processing. Assist in the implementation of all office activities related to the preparation, printing, sorting and archiving of documents of various nature. Respond to employee inquiries of various nature. Participate in the maintenance and preparation of employee personal files, maintaining 100% confidentiality for data that has become known during the implementation of the activity. Actively participate in the process of introducing new employees, including preparing materials for introduction and conducting orientation sessions in the company.

Follows established company policies and procedures
Able to handle confidential information
Regularly reviews work sources and shared mailboxes and assists in the implementation of team tasks
Participates in team meetings
Additional duties that Thermo Fisher Scientific may require in order to meet the goals of the company and the team
How will you get here?
No prior experience is required — we’re looking for potential and a willingness to learn.
You are fluent in English and have strong communication skills.
You are curious, adaptable, and eager to grow, with the ability to learn quickly and embrace new challenges.
You are available to work full-time (8 hours per day) from our Sofia office throughout the internship.
