Summary: Connector Activation Specialist, Tax Technology
Responsible for implementing solutions with leading host applications such Microsoft, Workday, and other strategic partner platforms. This role delivers services and project outcomes that support the successful deployment of technology. Requires strong knowledge of products and integration with host applications.
This role ensures successful delivery of implementation projects by providing expert guidance, seamless integration, and exceptional client support. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, GPS consultants drive solution adoption, optimize tax processes, and deliver measurable value that strengthens client relationships and contributes to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Track and follow up on assigned action items to ensure timely completion.
Assist in facilitating client workshops and gathering stakeholder input.
Draft project documentation using approved templates.
Configure and perform unit testing of products based on established designs and guidance from senior team members.
Configure ERP systems for seamless integrations.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end ERP processes and their impact on product functionality.
Develop suggested testing scenarios based on documented use cases.
Execute test scenarios and troubleshoot issues within products and ERP environments to ensure accuracy and performance.
Document decisions, testing outcomes, open issues, and handoff notes clearly and proactively so asynchronous collaboration requires minimal back-and-forth.
Deliver presentations to customers, including project updates, solution demonstrations, and training sessions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to new team members on configuration and testing best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor s degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience.
Basic knowledge of VAT and SUT.
Basic understanding of tax functionality, common business practices, and best practices in process automation.
Basic knowledge of e-Invoicing regulations, technologies, tax compliance and financial processes, and best practices.
Functional and technical understanding of finance systems and processes.
Solid understanding of API technologies and their role in system integration.
Demonstrated technical proficiency in API concepts, integration, and troubleshooting.
Strong operational management, project management, consulting, technology and process improvement skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities across technical and non technical teams.
ERP Experience (looking for candidates with each)
Microsoft
Must have experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (D365)
Must have experience implementing Microsoft D365 with ISVs
Workday
Must have experience using Workday Finance modules including Workday Customer Invoice or Supplier Invoice

Work shift until midnight.
