The person in this role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR reporting team, ensuring smooth delivery of standard and ad hoc reports, while working closely with the Reporting Manager to support project planning, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement. Although this role does not involve hands-on execution or report development, it requires a strong understanding of reporting processes, tools, and data, along with the ability to manage priorities, coordinate across functions, and ensure that deliverables meet business expectations. The role also includes mentoring team members, monitoring output quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What are we looking for? • SAP Report writer (not SuccessFactors), Workday Report Writer (Advanced+Composite+Prism Analytics) • ServiceNow Reporting, Advanced MS Office (Excel), Advanced SQL, SQL Workbench, Cognos Reporting, SSRS, Global scape, Snowflake, MS Access, Reporting & Visualizations, Web Apps, Smartsheet, HR Domain, Compensation reporting & Analysis, Problem solving skills (Analytical skills or Collaborative thinking or Adaptable to change)
Roles and Responsibilities: • Coordinate the daily activities of the reporting team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and dashboards • Act as the first point of contact for client to plan, strategize for process transformation, projects, escalations and assist in issue resolution by working with internal teams and technical teams • Act as the first point of contact for internal team escalations and assist in issue resolution by working with analysts and technical teams • Collaborate with the Reporting Manager on planning and prioritization of reporting tasks, capacity planning, and workload balancing • Ensure adherence to reporting timelines, quality standards, and client expectations across all deliverables • Conduct regular checks on report output for data accuracy, completeness, and consistency • Engage with stakeholders to gather high-level requirements and ensure alignment between business needs and reporting outputs • Support onboarding, knowledge transfer, and capability building across the team • Identify areas of process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance overall reporting effectiveness
