Business Architect

Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary: As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value. This role includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements and designing effective business solutions that align with organizational goals. The position supports transformation efforts by preparing business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into technology-enabled solutions and operational models. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements. - Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements. - Document and communicate business architecture artifacts to support decision-making. - Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in English Language. - Strong knowledge of business process modeling and analysis techniques. - Experience in translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable solutions. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation. - Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
