Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks that process vast amounts of unstructured text data, ensuring the models are optimized for performance and scalability. The position demands continuous collaboration with various teams to refine model parameters and adapt to evolving project requirements, fostering innovation in natural language processing technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures that meet project goals and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate language models into broader systems and workflows.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding best practices in model design and deployment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled datasets.
- Familiarity with optimization methods to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex model behaviors and performance issues.
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art advancements in language model research and application.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
