Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
In this role, a typical day involves designing and developing advanced applications and systems that integrate artificial intelligence technologies and cloud services. The position requires managing the deployment of solutions that are production-ready, ensuring seamless operation whether hosted on cloud platforms or on-premises. The work includes applying generative artificial intelligence models and exploring various domains such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and efficiency in delivering AI-driven solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration of artificial intelligence models into scalable applications.
- Oversee the quality assurance and deployment processes to maintain production standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Experience in designing intuitive and user-centered interfaces that enhance interaction with AI-driven applications.
- Strong knowledge of usability principles and accessibility standards to ensure inclusive design.
- Ability to collaborate with developers and data scientists to translate complex AI functionalities into seamless user experiences.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools and user research methodologies to validate design decisions.
- Skilled in creating wireframes, storyboards, and user flows that effectively communicate design concepts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
