Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Aviatrix AWS Cloud Engineer with 9+ years of experience in enterprise networking and cloud infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing AWS cloud networking environments using Aviatrix. The role requires strong expertise in cloud connectivity, hybrid network integration, security architectures, automation, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities
Aviatrix Administration & Operations
Deploy, configure, and manage Aviatrix Controller and CoPilot platforms.
Implement and support Aviatrix Multi-Cloud Transit architecture.
Manage AWS spoke onboarding, transit gateways, and route orchestration.
Troubleshoot complex cloud connectivity and routing issues.
Ensure high availability and scalability of cloud networking environments.
AWS Cloud Networking

Design and support AWS networking services including:

VPC
Transit Gateway (TGW)
Direct Connect
Site-to-Site VPN
Route Tables
Security Groups
Network ACLs
Route53
Load Balancers

Support multi-account and multi-region AWS deployments.Implement hybrid connectivity between AWS and on-premises environments.

Routing & Connectivity
Configure and troubleshoot:

BGP
IPSec VPN
SD-WAN integration
Dynamic routing
Route propagation

Support migration and modernization projects involving cloud networking.

Security & FireNet
Implement Aviatrix FireNet solutions for centralized security.
Integrate cloud networking with Palo Alto or other NGFW platforms.
Support traffic inspection, segmentation, and security compliance requirements.
Implement secure connectivity and Zero Trust principles where required.
Automation & DevOps

Automate cloud network provisioning using:

Terraform
Ansible
Python

Support CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code deployments.
Develop reusable automation templates and standards.
Perform configuration validation and compliance checks.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting
Monitor cloud network performance and availability.
Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management.
Utilize monitoring tools for visibility and operational support.
Participate in major incident response and on-call support activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud service models, including Infrastructure as a Service and Platform as a Service.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture and virtualization technologies.
- Ability to monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization and performance.
- Familiarity with incident management and change management processes within cloud environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and implementing effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
