We're looking for a Creative Direction Manager to join our Sydney team and help create integrated campaigns that span brand, social, digital and retail experiences.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious creative who is ready to take the next step in their career.

As a Creative Direction Manager, you'll play a key role in developing creative ideas and bringing campaigns to life across multiple channels. Working alongside Creative Directors, Strategists, Account Leads and Production teams, you'll help shape concepts, guide creative development and ensure work is delivered to a high creative standard.

You'll be hands-on in the creative process, contributing ideas, developing campaigns and helping clients solve business challenges through creativity.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to the development of integrated creative campaigns across brand, social, digital and retail channels.

  • Partner with strategy, account management and production teams to develop compelling creative solutions.

  • Support creative leadership in developing campaign concepts from brief through to delivery.

  • Present creative thinking and campaign ideas to internal teams and clients.

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, content creators and production partners to execute high-quality work.

  • Ensure creative output aligns with both strategic objectives and brand requirements.

  • Contribute to creative workshops, brainstorming sessions and campaign development.

  • Stay across emerging trends, platforms and cultural moments to inspire new thinking.

  • Help mentor and support junior creatives while fostering a collaborative team environment.

  • Champion creative excellence and attention to detail across all projects.

  • 5+ years' experience within a creative, advertising or integrated agency environment.
