Strategic Programs Specialist - Product, Data & Agentic AI

Location: Bengaluru / Gurugram / Mumbai

 

Role Summary

As a Specialist, you will work on defined Agentic AI and data driven product workstreams focused on executive decision support and profitability outcomes. You will translate business needs into product requirements, coordinate delivery, and help improve AI powered capabilities that leverage enterprise data.

The role is weighted toward hands-on product management and Agentic AI execution, from understanding user problems and developing requirements to shaping AI agent behavior through prompt engineering, testing solutions, and partnering with CIO teams to progress capabilities toward production.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management & Product Ownership

·       Manage defined product workstreams for internal data and Agentic AI products, from problem discovery through testing, release, and adoption

·       Contribute to product vision, user personas (e.g., executives, finance leaders, delivery leaders), success metrics, and roadmaps

·       Translate ambiguous business problems into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items

·       Support adoption and continuous improvement by incorporating user feedback, usage insights, and business outcomes

 

Agentic AI & Prompt Engineering

·       Design, configure, and improve Agentic AI solutions that interact with enterprise data to answer complex business questions

·       Develop and refine prompts, agent instructions, workflows, and response quality controls to improve accuracy and executive usability

·       Execute functional testing and validation of AI agents against leadership scenarios, edge cases, and defined acceptance criteria

·       Partner with CIO / engineering teams to progress Agentic AI concepts from prototype through testing and production readiness

 

Enterprise Data driven product design

·       Apply understanding of the Accenture Economic Model and Finance, HR, and Sales concepts when working with enterprise datasets

·       Document data inputs, business rules, user requirements, and guardrails needed for trusted AI powered decision support

·       Help ensure products and agents present data in an intuitive, explainable, and actionable manner for senior leaders

Profitability & Business Impact

·       Contribute to initiatives that embed profit discipline into day-to-day leadership decision making

·       Analyze financial drivers, variances, and trends to identify and articulate improvement opportunities

·       Connect AI and data product requirements to relevant profit levers, value realization measures, and business outcomes

 

Stakeholder & CIO Collaboration

·       Coordinate with CIO / Global IT on architecture alignment, data access, security, testing, and deployment requirements

·       Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technology teams, clarifying requirements and maintaining product intent through delivery

·       Prepare and communicate product requirements, options, risks, progress, and recommendations clearly to product leads and senior stakeholders

 

Must-Have Skills & Experience

·       Demonstrated product management or business analysis experience across internal products, platforms, analytics, or digital solutions

·       Hands-on experience with Generative AI / Agentic AI, including prompt engineering, testing, or AI workflow design

·       Ability to analyze enterprise data and translate business needs into product requirements, business rules, and AI behavior

·       Ability to structure ambiguous problems, work independently on defined workstreams, and deliver in a fast-paced environment

·       Experience collaborating with CIO / engineering, data, design, or platform teams to deliver data or AI solutions

·       Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder coordination, and presentation skills, including interaction with senior stakeholders

·       Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with working proficiency in Power BI

 

Good-to-Have Skills

·       Experience prototyping, testing, or scaling AI agents, copilots, or internal AI products

·       Familiarity with enterprise systems and datasets across Finance, HR, ERP, Sales, or reporting platforms

·       Exposure to profitability management, financial drivers, enterprise performance metrics, or value realization

 

Experience Requirements

·       7-10 years of relevant experience across product management, business analysis, analytics, AI, technology delivery, or enterprise transformation roles
