Analista de Operações Logísticas - Híbrido

O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:

• Monitorar operações logísticas e de logística reversa, garantindo visibilidade das coletas, entregas e devoluções;
• Controlar agendamentos e reagendamentos junto a transportadoras e operadores logísticos;
• Acompanhar o ciclo completo dos pedidos, identificando riscos, atrasos e oportunidades de melhoria;
• Atuar na tratativa de ocorrências operacionais e follow-up com stakeholders internos e externos;
• Extrair, analisar e reportar indicadores operacionais (KPIs) para clientes e liderança;
• Apoiar a gestão à vista da operação através de relatórios, controles e dashboards;
• Contribuir com iniciativas de melhoria contínua dos processos logísticos;
• Garantir atualização e confiabilidade das informações operacionais nos sistemas e controles da área.

Além disso, é necessário conhecimento em:

• Conhecimento em processos logísticos, transportes e logística reversa;
• Noções de cadeia de suprimentos, FTL, LTL e controles de coleta;
• Experiência com monitoramento operacional e acompanhamento de entregas;
• Conhecimento básico/intermediário em Excel;
• Boa comunicação e organização para interação com diferentes áreas e parceiros;
• Perfil analítico, atento a detalhes e com capacidade de resolução de problemas;
• Ensino médio completo (mandatório). Desejável ensino superior ou tecnólogo em Engenharia de Produção, Logística, Gestão ou áreas correlatas.
