Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or managing particular phases within the product lifecycle. The role includes applying a broad understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration, ensuring that software solutions align with project goals and client expectations while adapting to evolving technical landscapes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of software development processes and configurations.
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PowerFactory.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex software systems.
- Ability to work with various development tools and environments to optimize software performance.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to enhance software deployment and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in PowerFactory.
- This position is based at our CDC2F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
