AI acceleration Partner Solution Architect team is building the future of AI-powered partner delivery at AWS and we need a Technical Program Manager to orchestrate it. Join a team of 20+ hands-on AI builders shipping agentic AI workloads.

As a TPM on the team, you will drive programs across two high-impact pillars:

- Partner AI Acceleration by coordinating co-build engagements where PSAs work shoulder-to-shoulder with strategic AWS partners (GSIs, ISVs, MSPs) to launch AI workloads

- AI Agent/Workflow Automation by driving delivery of AI agents that automate AWS partner program workflows at scale

You will own the end-to-end program lifecycle — from intake and partner qualification through delivery, launch, and impact measurement. You'll work across PSA builders, APO Engineering, GEO field teams, and partner executives across NAMER, APJ, and EMEA. This role sits at the intersection of agentic AI delivery, partner AI engagement, and cross-organizational program management.

Key job responsibilities
- Coordinate PSA Pod delivery (1 lead PSA + 1-2 supporting PSAs) across Strategic AI Partnerships
- Manage intake pipeline operations. working with GEO partner teams, COEs, and program leads to source and qualify partner candidates meeting team's engagement bar
- Track revenue signal alignment and performance for all active partner engagements and surface risks to leadership
- Manage team portfolio of AI agent products from development through production launch
- Define program milestones, coordinate dependencies with stakeholder teams, AppSec, and ORR governance teams to ensure agents meet production readiness standards
- Monitor agent performance metrics (auto-approval rates, decision accuracy, processing volume) and drive continuous improvement through data-informed prioritization
- Collaborate across builders, APO Engineering, field teams to remove blockers and reduce execution risks
- Influence roadmap priorities and resource allocation decisions by synthesizing signals from partner engagements, agent metrics, and field feedback
- Write effective narratives (6-pagers, WBRs, status updates) and present to Directors and VPs, driving crisp decisions on program trade-offs and investment priorities
- Establish and maintain program mechanisms including sprint cadences, intake reviews, stakeholder syncs, and delivery retrospectives that keep the portfolio on track
