Overview
As a Senior Specialist, Pricing Excellence, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and operational effectiveness of Mastercard's pricing ecosystem across Europe.
You will work at the intersection of pricing, products, operations, and technology, helping translate business decisions into clear, structured, and operationally ready information that supports customers, internal stakeholders, and business growth.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role offering broad exposure across European markets and Mastercard's products and services. You will contribute to the processes, tools, and information that underpin how pricing is communicated, maintained, and operationalized across the organization.
As part of Customer Economics, you will join one of the most strategic and dynamic teams in Europe, shaping pricing and business model strategies across countries, products, and customer segments.

Role
In this role you will

• Maintain and enhance pricing content repositories, guides, communications, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure pricing information is accurate, consistent, and aligned across multiple platforms and sources.
• Support the lifecycle management of pricing changes, from implementation through ongoing maintenance.
• Execute operational processes supporting pricing governance and business readiness.
• Develop and maintain trackers, dashboards, workflows, and reporting mechanisms that provide transparency into delivery status and key activities.
• Support the continuous improvement of operational processes, controls, and quality standards.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Customer Solutions, Technology, and regional teams to collect, validate, and maintain business information.
• Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
• Facilitate information gathering, review cycles, and business approvals where required.
• Support the creation of reporting and management information that enables decision-making and performance tracking.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline manual activities through automation and improved tooling.

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive and able to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex information clearly.
• Comfortable working with data, reporting tools, and large datasets.
• Experience creating dashboards, trackers, reports, and operational management tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work effectively across functions and international teams.
• Curious, solutions-oriented, and continuously looking for process improvements.
• Demonstrates resilience, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, business management, pricing, analytics, process improvement, project coordination, or related disciplines.
• Experience within payments, financial services, consulting, or technology is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
