We are seeking a highly motivated Spring Co-op to join our MBC Supply Chain team.
Framingham and Northborough (MBC) are two industrial sites, specialized in multiple high-end bio-manufacturing, supporting Sanofi’s portfolio of rare disease and oncology drugs, plus a few specialty products. They are operating together as a large bio-campus, with drug substance industrialization, manufacturing and testing facilities located in Framingham, while raw material testing, material handling, packaging, and warehousing are in Northborough. The sites support a strategic portfolio for Sanofi and will deliver a strong growth over the coming years, with commercial products like Fabrazyme, Cerezyme, Nexviazyme, and Thyrogen, with multiple launches expected.

Main Responsibilities
Work closely with site schedulers and manufacturing to align Master Production Schedule (MPS) plan with Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Help provide usage and forecast demand for raw material to obtain best price for standard cost setting process
Coordinate and communicate level loaded deliveries from suppliers to facilitate flow of the receiving process with KPI’s and Dashboards
Assist with the identification of new raw materials and suppliers that are unique to the Site for development projects
Help maintain accurate and current master data within our core systems
Analyze material usage to determine appropriate stocking levels of materials
Collaborate with Site Materials teams to ensure material requirements are accurately forecasted ERP (SAP) based on site schedules
Report on material expiry risk and participate in Material Review Board to ensure inventory level meets customer requirements while managing expiry, obsolescence, and cost savings in timely manner
About you
Basic Qualifications:
Pursuing bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering or related discipline.
Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the Internal requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university throughout the duration of the co-op/internship.
Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday to Friday for the full duration of the co-op/internship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Have passion, skill, and some experience with E2E demand planning throughout the value chain.
Ability and desire to drive maturity of digital system usage (SAP, Kinaxis).
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual that is looking to be part of a fast paced and agile manufacturing environment that has passion and skill to contribute throughout the value chain.
The individual should have the ability and desire to support our digital core systems (SAP and Kinaxis.) This will require working cross-functionally within an Autonomous Production Unit (APU) structure.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $35 USD hourly. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
