The Learning Delivery Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing training session implementation across the European region. This role serves as a key operational interface between internal stakeholders and external training organizations to ensure seamless delivery of both standard and mandatory training programs. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Main responsibilities
Coordinate implementation of training sessions according to stakeholder's specifications (defined dates, programs, participants...).
Fulfil logistic requirements such as room booking and manage pre-training communications to participants according to program specifications.
Manage communication with trainers and participants with essential information including site arrival details, training room assignments, and participant list.
Ensure and control the registration of sessions in Sanofi's Learning Management System (iLearn) and their accurate completion.
Generate comprehensive activity reports for stakeholders and provide process reminders and guidance to training organizations and sites.
Respond to incident tickets created by employees about training delivery.
Support integration plan to transition business learning institutes towards the new Global Learning Delivery operating model and help in the design, development and deployment of the Global Delivery Process, its improvements and supporting tools.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Global Delivery Process: metrics & KPIs gathering and analysis, improvement proposals and implementation.
Experience
1 year of experience in training coordination or learning operations, other business support center experience is also welcome
Experience in project management is a plus
Technical and soft skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional foreign language is a plus (German, Spanish or French..)
Experience and knowledge in session management, learning systems and continuous improvement
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
Ability to work and collaborate in a matrix, international, virtual and diverse environment with different time zones
Proficiency in Digital environment (Microsoft Office Tools, Learning & reporting solutions, Incident Management tool), with a proactive mindset toward identifying opportunities to automate and digitalize operational processes.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources, Training & Development, Business administration or equivalent
Language
Fluent in English both written and verbal

The salary range for this position is :Ft6 316 800,00 - Ft9 475 200,00Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
