We are seeking a Finance Senior Manager who will provide finance leadership and strategic business partnership to the Korea leadership team. This role will lead the Korea Finance team and serve as a key business partner to the Korea General Manager and Commercial and Operations Leaders.
The Finance Senior Manager will own financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and business analytics for the Korea business. In addition, the role will provide high-quality decision support, identify and drive opportunities to improve business and operational performance, strengthen financial discipline, and develop a high-performing finance team.
What you will do:
- Lead AOP / QBR / STRAP/ MBR, in a matrixed financial forecast

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 15 years of experience in progressive finance roles, including financial planning & analysis, reporting, and analytics.
- Min. 3 years of people management experience with proven leadership skills

- An ideal candidate will possess excellent finance functional skills and communication skills
- Proven understanding of Financial reporting, ERP, Power BI, and other system automation tools is preferred
- Proven capability to understand various different business models and industries
