As a Retail Recruiter (Volume Hiring) for the Korea Market, you are the bridge between Apple’s unique culture and the diverse talent that brings our stores to life. From building robust talent pipelines to guiding candidates through the interview process, you will orchestrate the end-to-end candidate journey through seamless collaboration across the business. You are an enthusiastic ambassador of our values and a market expert who leads local hiring strategies. By building trusted partnerships and adapting to future needs, you will consistently deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

What you'll do

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and hirings for external and internal non-leadership candidates.
• Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to market business stakeholders. Provide expert insights on the talent landscape, retail industry trends, and innovative talent solutions.
• Inclusive Pipeline Generation: Drive innovative and diverse community attraction initiatives to broaden the top of the hiring funnel and ensure an inclusive approach to talent discovery.
• Candidate Experience: Champion and protect a world-class, seamless, and positive experience for every candidate throughout the hiring process.
• Process Excellence: Establish clear recruiting timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes in partnership with business leaders.
• Data-Driven Insights: Measure performance and track headcount changes through regular reporting and analytics to inform people decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborative Execution: Work closely with your Recruiting Manager, People Partners, and hiring teams to ensure your local efforts seamlessly align with the broader Retail Talent strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Native-level Korean and business-level English proficiency.
• Eligible for a two-year contract position based on current local criteria.

• Deep assessment expertise, with the ability to confidently evaluate talent utilizing established hiring tools and resources.
• Skilled negotiator with a track record of delivering successful, mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties.
• Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage conflicting priorities, navigate ambiguity, and meet deadlines.
• Industry knowledge, featuring experience in or a strong understanding of Retail and customer-experience-centric sectors.
