Top Partner Manager, AI Infrastructure and Supply Chain (Korean, English)

About the role

As a Top Partner Manager, you will strategically advance Google's partnerships within the critical AI Infrastructure and Supply Chain ecosystem, especially the memory and semiconductor sectors in Korea, a pivotal country for strategic growth and innovation. You will work broadly across the Supply Chain and build local relationships in this domain (e.g. current and potential partners interested and involved in data center business and the infra/AI supply chain ecosystem). You will cultivate relationships with peers in all business and functional teams across Google with an interest in Google's APAC Top Partners, using influencing and relationship-building skills to drive proactive One Google agreement making and holistic partnership strategy.

What you'll do

• Lead the development of top partners in the AI Infrastructure and Supply Chain, especially in the memory and semiconductor sector, and strategic partners in other key industries in Korea, working in close collaboration with executive stakeholders across Google to establish and drive a holistic 'One Google' partnership strategy.
• Drive the development and activation of industry-specific strategies, incorporating critical and emerging topics (e.g., GenAI), and work with customer-facing and cross-functional teams to develop and utilize playbooks across these topics.
• Direct regional working groups composed of industry leaders and Top Partner Managers to address critical, widespread industry and strategy topics.
• Set the strategic goal for providing scaled 'One Google' support for this critical book of business, including evaluating and refreshing the book as needed based on Top Partner Program criteria.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategy, supply chain, semiconductors, or other key components management.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects (e.g., strategy plan, new product launch) from inception to deployment.
• Ability to communicate in Korean and English fluently to support partner relationship management.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in the AI infrastructure and memory supply chain, with a proven track record of managing partnerships with companies in such industries.
• Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
• Deep knowledge of the AI supply chain, semiconductor and infrastructure industry and a proven track record of managing partnerships with relevant companies.
• Ability to lead through change, adapt to ambiguity, evaluate risk, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrates strong execution capability and consistently delivers results amidst shifting dynamics.
