What you'll do

Strategic People Leadership
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute the people strategy.
• Align workforce planning initiatives with business growth objectives.
• Provide strategic advice on organisational design, workforce transformation and talent priorities.
• Lead change management initiatives and support business transformation programmes.
• Utilise people data and insights to influence business decisions.

Talent & Leadership Development
• Develop and implement talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development strategies.
• Drive performance management and talent review processes.
• Identify critical talent risks and develop retention strategies.
• Partner with leaders to build future leadership pipelines.
• Champion career development and internal mobility initiatives.

Employee Experience & Culture
• Foster a high-performance, values-driven culture.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and action planning.
• Lead diversity, equity and inclusion programmes.
• Ensure employee experience remains a key focus across the employee lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee matters.

Employee Relations & Compliance
• Provide expert guidance on employment legislation, policies and workplace practices.
• Lead resolution of employee relations, disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and global company policies.
• Mitigate organisational risk through proactive people practices.
• Oversee policy development and governance.

People Operations & Reward
• Ensure efficient delivery of HR operations and employee services
• Partner closely with the CFO to align on financial people metrics
• Oversee compensation, benefits and recognition programmes.
• Partner with Finance on workforce budgeting and headcount planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, systems and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data and people metrics.

Stakeholder Management
• Build strong relationships with business leaders across all functions.
• Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to align local execution with broader strategies.
• Represent Korea in regional people initiatives and leadership forums.
• Influence stakeholders to drive adoption of people programmes and initiatives.

Talent Acquisition
• Lead a talent acquisition team to attract and select the best talent in market
• Lift the Employment value proposition in market to make Publicis a standout Employee brand

Global & regional
• Roll out key global programs and actions across your market
• Understand, global and regional ecosystem, building local programs to compliment not replicate.
• Work closely with APAC CTO and other regional Talent leads to leverage programs and approaches across the region.
