Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work focuses on meeting unique business requirements through innovative and high-quality software development practices, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strong hands-on experience with Azure AD B2C
Experience with Custom Policies (IEF XML)
Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML
Experience customizing B2C UI pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Knowledge of claims-based authentication and token handling
Familiarity with Azure Portal, App Registrations, and Key Vault
Supporting Skills
Experience debugging authentication and policy execution errors
Understanding of security best practices in identity and access management
Ability to read and modify XML-based policy files
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of software designs, development processes, and troubleshooting steps.

Nice to Have
Experience with Azure Functions or REST APIs used in custom policies
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for B2C policy deployment
Experience supporting high-traffic or customer-facing authentication

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
- Experience with cloud-based integration patterns and middleware solutions.
- Strong understanding of API management and service-oriented architecture.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration workflows and data transformations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
- This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
