Job Description

Job Summary
The Corporate Real Estate Analyst manages and supports analysis of real estate portfolio transactions and decision-making efforts. The role actively participates in the selection, evaluation, acquisition, occupation, management, and disposition of real property and office space in compliance with company policy. Responsibilities include managing compliance with lease agreements and contracts, participating in negotiation efforts, completing financial analyses to evaluate and recommend lease versus purchase decisions, and preparing forecasts, budget analyses, and activity reports.
All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
Key Responsibilities

  • Work with team members to manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders — from creation to payment — for both operating and capital expenses, ensuring everything aligns with contracts and statements of work.

  • Manage the end-to-end (E2E) ACH and Non-PO payment process, from intake through payment execution, ensuring accurate documentation, required approvals, compliance, and timely resolution of exceptions.
  • Make sure partners meet agreed-upon service levels before payments are released.

  • Support regional leaders by flagging and helping resolve any issues or discrepancies in partner performance or contract terms.

  • Collaborate with teams across Corporate Services, Finance, Procurement, and Legal, as well as external vendors, to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.

  • Facilitate the onboard of new suppliers, using tools (including AI) to summarize key contract terms and track performance against commitments.

  • Use systems like Ariba and Oracle (or similar ERP platforms) to manage procurement workflows and data.

  • Keep documentation organized and up to date to support team efficiency and audit ready.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in a global environment with different cultures and backgrounds.

  • Able to independently manage projects under the guidance of team leaders.
